                               RESOLUTION NO. 19666
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CHANGE ORDER, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 28A,
                   SLUDGE DEWATERING SYSTEM, CENTRIFUGE
                   PROJECT, WITH INGERSOLL-RAND, WHICH CHANGE
                   ORDER WILL INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY
                   NINETEEN THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($19,126.00), FOR A FINAL
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION, TWO HUNDRED
                   ELEVEN THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,211,717.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Change Order, relative to Contract No. 28A, Sludge 

       Dewatering System, Centrifuge Project, with Ingersoll-Rand, which 

       change order will increase the contract amount by $19,126.00, for 

       a final contract amount of $1,211,717.00.
